Ideal for couples looking for a cozy stay

The front desk staff was kind,, really made us feel welcome and gave us tips on local sightseeing. The hotel offered luggage storage which was great while we explored the area.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but we managed to make it work.

To top it off, the bedding was stained and had rips. The cleanliness of the shower was appalling, and the bath mat was torn and disgusting. Breakfast was a disaster with items routinely running out, and when we requested hot water, we were flat out denied.

The hotel was a short walk from Mirabell Garden and Mozart's birthplace. It's cozy and family-run, giving it that nice touch. We enjoyed the breakfast, and exploring the area was a breeze. Just be sure to manage your expectations for staff availability during busy times.

One downside was the wait time at reception. sometimes there was no one around, which was a bit frustrating.

I enjoyed my stay at Atel Hotel Lasserhof. The friendly staff and clean room. Unfortunately, there were occasional waits at the reception, but the delicious breakfast and convenient location near the train station made up for it.

I loved how easy it was to walk to amazing spots like the imposing Mirabell Palace, just a few minutes away, and the serene Salz River, which was just a stone's throw from the hotel, creating perfect moments for leisurely walks during my stay.

The location was super convenient—just a short walk to the train station and the center. Our cozy room had a sky roof window and a spacious bathroom, which was a nice surprise!

This hotel suits me perfectly with its reliable wi-fi, comfortable air conditioning, and cute lounge area. The helpful staff once returned my sim cards I left behind. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay!

atel hotel lasserhof was a great choice for my stay. it’s just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient. the room was very clean, and I loved the fabulous rain shower. the manager was so friendly and helpful, even coming out in the rain to guide me. enjoying a delicious breakfast each morning was a delightful bonus!

The room was spacious and bright, featuring a small balcony. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, especially in a city where food can be pricey.

One downside was the lack of a kettle for hot beverages. Also, the entrance being on split levels made it inconvenient to navigate with luggage.

At this hotel, the location was fantastic for exploring the city, making it just a short walk to reach downtown and other attractions. The modern rainfall shower was a highlight of my stay, along with the comfortable bed, which provided a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who were always ready to assist with any questions I had. However, I did find the bathroom space to be a bit cramped and could have used more counter space for toiletries.

Be sure to ask for a room with a balcony for a lovely view and fresh air, enhancing your stay experience.

Location near transport is great. Room cleanliness could be better. Skiing areas are easily accessible from here.
